Here's what I found in the boot options to make the splash screen loading Vista in my opinion a bit nicer and less vuoto.Inutile suggestion but oh, I gave a lot of damage there was a logo:)
Press Start + R and run msconfig.
Move on Boot Options flagged the option not start GUI.
There is restarted to load as shown below.
